Click Here for Larger Image WCCA is offering an Examiner Certificate to employers for their examiners who recertify under the new certification rules. This is only being made available to member supervisors and managers for their recertifying employees.

Disclaimer: By offering this certificate to employers, WCCA is not certifying the hours reported by the employee to the employer, or certifying the examiner in any manner. The certificate will only be valid when signed by the employer. The employer will hold all responsibility for examiner certification pursuant to Oregon laws and rules, and maintain proof of certification.

Pursuant to Oregon law, only insurance companies, TPAs or self insured employers have the ability to recertify examiners. If you are a certified examiner not currently working for an insurance company, TPA or self insured employer, you should maintain evidence of CEC hours earned. We can only prepare certificates for insurance companies and self insured employers.

Certificates will be fully prepared and mailed within 30 days. They must be signed by the supervisor or manager listed on the certificate to be valid.

This form must only be completed by the supervisor who is ordering certificate(s) for their examiner(s). When using this form, please make sure you receive a confirming email that your form has been received. You will automatically see a page that states your mail has been successfully sent; however, if your form has been successfully received, a confirming email will be sent to you.
