Pre-registration allows us to ensure there will be enough tables and food for participants. We strongly encourage pre-registration, although we do accept walk-ins on a space available basis only. Walk-ins may be charged a higher fee. You may pre-register or cancel your registration up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event. WCCA has a strict policy for no-shows and cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) of the event. Prepays will not be refunded, and no-shows/late cancellations who reserve space but do not send the attendance fee will be billed.

Register additional participants below before submitting. When registering online, please make sure you receive a confirming email that your registration has been received. You will automatically see a page that states your mail has been successfully sent however, if your registration has been successfully received, a confirming email will be sent to you.

All reservations are guaranteed unless cancelled 72 hours (3 days) before the event.
